UNIVERSITY PARK

Welcome to the lovely University Park located in the east end of Regina. So Far this year the neighborhood has seen 26 sales with a string average of $422,365! With 19 of these just being in the last 6 months

University Park is a great mature location, surrounding neighborhoods are douglas place to the west, university park east to the east and gardiner park and gardiner heights to the north of it. Super easy access to ring road and Arcola ave, giving you a quick commute to wherever you need to get. There is even the university park rink next door to St. Dominic Savio School, and for all you Pizza lovers there is a Triffon’s Pizza right in the neighborhood for your take out nights, when pizza sounds just a little better than cooking

WALSH ACRES

Today we are focusing on the lovely neighborhood Walsh Acres, so far this year there have been 39 sales with a strong and affordable price of $337,022!! 30 of these sales took place just in the last 6 months, Walsh acres is definitely a desirable family friendly place to be.

Walsh Acres is located on the west side of Regina, which is bordered by 9th ave to the south, giving easy access to ring road, and Pasque St N to the east. This area is a wonderful place to raise a family, with many parks such as Dalgliesh Park, Litzenberger park, Sports park, as well as many walking paths, baseball field, and of course along the south side of the rochdale boulevard there are many amenities that are easily accessible from Walsch Acres.

MARKET UPDATE

This time we are focusing in on Albert Park!! For those interested buying or selling in this neighborhood take a couple seconds to read this and get to know the area just a bit better

So far this year Albert Park has performed with a sale of 43 detached homes the sale price has averaged out to $446,515!!

Albert Park is located in a great area with many amenities all around. It is located in the south end of Regina, bordered by 25 Avenue to the north, Trans Canada highway to the south, and Albert street to the east!

As we know Albert Street has many shops and services available, places such as earls, coffee shops, indigo and many more!! Don’t forget about the Southland mall, with a movie theatre

or the Golden Mile bowling lanes to take friends and family!

CATHEDRAL

Market Update!!

Welcome to your neighborhood news updates! On my website I keep you up to date with all neighborhoods in Regina, It’s so interesting to see how different every area is performing in this market right now! Now lets start with the Cathedral!!

This area has had 73 sales so far this year with a price average of $255,737!!!

It’s so important when you are buying or even selling to know the area well, things like schools, parks, grocery stores the list goes on!

The Cathedral neighborhood is very close to the Centre of Regina and is named after the majestic Holy Rosary Cathedral in the area! It borders River Heights and The Crescents neighborhoods to the south, and the Transition Area and the Downtown District to the East!

Don’t forget the Cathedral has many cute little shops cafes, restaurants, one of my childhood favourites Dessart Sweets!

There is also the Connaught Public Library, Art Gallery, and the arts festival which takes place every year in the cathedral.
